Some of the poems in this collection have been with me for years. Others arrived on their own time. No, seriously, some of them took months to write, two of them even over a year, and others might have been made in days, hours, or even mere minutes. Each one of these poems carries something personal, a quiet grief, a yearning, a longing. All of them carrying the weight of moments I thought I had left behind.
But Fragmented Echoes isn’t just about sorrow and troubles. It’s about what remains after what we went through. The way we pick ourselves up and stitch ourselves back together again. Even if the seams never quite align the way they once did, the way light still finds a way in.
There were a lot of days where I questioned if these pieces of myself were maybe too sharp, too heavy, or even too vulnerable to share. If these words even deserved a place outside of my own notebooks.
But poetry is about vulnerability, isn't it? It’s a form of connection at its core. And if even just one person finds themselves in the lines I've written, if even one person feels seen in the echoes, then this entire journey was worth it.
Fragmented Echoes will be released March 30th. For preorder information, please check out the News section.
