1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital content via instant download, email link, or an online account.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection can support the digital format provided.
3. Prices listed do not include any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax required by your local government. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with tax regulations in their country.

 

2. No Refund, No Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

• Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:
• You are buying a non-refundable digital product.
• You waive your right to a refund or withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• Once the product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the transaction is complete.

 

3. Unauthorized Transactions & Payment Disputes

• If you believe an unauthorized payment was made using your account, contact us immediately.
• By completing a purchase, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable digital content. If a dispute is filed, we reserve the right to submit proof of agreement to the payment provider. Fraudulent disputes may result in restricted access to future purchases.
• We reserve the right to refuse future sales to customers who attempt to abuse the refund policy.

 

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All digital products are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Sofia Yorke.

• By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or modify the content.
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Claim authorship or credit for any part of the content.

Violation of these terms can result in legal action.

 

5. Technical Issues & Support

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your product, please contact us for assistance.
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues, but we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, software, or internet connection.

• Payment details are processed securely through Stripe/PayPal, and we do not store credit card information.
